Indivd has, based on many customer contacts and the first test pilot at Best of Brands in Stockholm, developed the five customer insights that - in addition to cash receipts and transactions in the form of purchases - are the most demanded by retail stores.
Indivd has been selected to be included in the curated map "AI Landscape of Sweden". The map, which is part of a larger mapping within the EU, is intended to serve as a prestigious seal of quality for important European AI Startups.
Indivd’s AI expert Leonard Johard has been invited to participate in the European Digital SME Alliance working group focusing on AI. The organization reports to the European Commission and monitors, among other things, AI and the consequences for smaller companies' ability to influence EU decisions in the area of digitalization.
The first pilot for legal anonymous collection of customer insights will now be installed in Best of Brands' store in Sickla Köpkvarter in Stockholm. Best of Brands has initiated a close collaboration with Indivd, which has developed the world's first anonymization technology for image data. The stores' existing cameras are used, which collect and immediately anonymize the images. The purpose is to create group insights for a deeper understanding of customers' movements and behaviors.
- With Indivd X, we can get access to a tool that makes it possible for us and our customers to work more experimentally and interactively, where we can constantly try and test different solutions to see what results they get. Our hope is to be able to develop more efficient store concepts, which better respond to customers' future needs, says Håkan Eriksson, CEO of the interior design company Pelly Butiksinredningar and engaged in Indivd's first test pilot at Best of Brands in Sickla.
Anonymous facial recognition is now being tested in Best of Brands' store in Sickla shopping mall in Stockholm.
