Intro
Teams using Indivd can now use single sign-on, report data issues from inside the platform and work with reporting that better reflects how physical spaces are actually configured.
This release makes Indivd easier to govern, more reliable across locations and faster to work with. It also includes improvements to filters, tables and the setup canvas, plus an early look at the journey-based measurement coming with Indivd 2.0.
Access that fits your organisation: Single sign-on
Teams can now sign in to Indivd through their organisation’s identity provider.
This keeps access management in the system your organisation already uses. When roles or employment status change, access can be managed centrally rather than account by account.
Partners and contractors outside the identity provider can continue to use dedicated Indivd accounts.
Report data issues inside the platform
If a number does not look right, you can now report it directly from Indivd.
The report includes the relevant platform context, making it easier for the Indivd team to investigate without a separate email exchange.
Reporting for combined entrances
A physical entrance may be measured using several counting lines. Indivd now combines those lines into one entrance total, giving teams a clearer view of how many visits the entrance generated.
Lines associated with the same physical doorway also remain grouped when the setup is edited.
Local time across every location
Indivd now reports activity using each location’s local timezone rather than the timezone of the person viewing the platform.
A user comparing a store in Stockholm with a terminal in Doha will see the correct local time for both locations from the same account.
Coming next: Journey-based measurement
Indivd 2.0 will introduce a different way to measure visitor interest.
Instead of treating activity in each zone as a separate metric, it will analyse the visit as a connected journey. Interest in a zone will be evaluated using what the visitor did later in that journey, including whether they showed buying intent.
This is designed to help teams move beyond measuring where visitors spent time and understand which parts of a physical space contributed to meaningful engagement.
Near-real-time occupancy measurement is planned as part of the same product generation.
More information about availability and rollout will be shared closer to launch.
